I'm baaaacccckkkkkk!

It's been quite a while since I have written but I finally decided - after some pushing from friends - to put the TippecaKnees knee replacement support group on blogspot. Which led me to looking at some old posts and made me want to write again. You should probably all be concerned!

So what has happened since then? I FINALLY applied for disability and got it. If you are in the situation where you need it for medical reasons, don't be afraid. It is definitely a pain to do but it all worked out. And has made my life much easier.

I am completely enjoying retirement! I have absolutely no regrets about doing that. You have a new life when you retire - on to other new things. Or maybe the time to spend on all the things you couldn't find time for before.

One thing I have been doing is stitching. This is my latest project. TOO CUTE! I ordered overdyed floss from the House of Stitches in Laporte. (My absolute favorite cross stitch store!) It is working up really nicely. Hope you have found fun things to do!
